Royal Spanish Mint-2010 FIFA World Cup coin

The Royal Spanish Mint has been releasing 2010 FIFA World Cup coin set, a 2-escudos coin or 100 euro coin in .999 gold, and the other an 8-reales or 10 euro coin in .925 silver. The 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is the 19th edition of this competition and the first time that it will be held on the African continent. The 2010 FIFA World Cup will be the 19th FIFA World Cup, the premier international football tournament. It is scheduled to take place between 11 June and 11 July 2010 in South Africa. This will be the first time that the tournament has been hosted by an African nation, after South Africa beat Morocco and Egypt in an all-African bidding process.
