Yesterday (22 May 2016), Saneoh Stamp Corner, a well known Northern region Stamps and Numismatics Dealer officially open their new shop at Ground Floor, SP Plaza Complex, Sungai Petani, Kedah. Saneoh Stamp Corner is the oldest Stamps shop in Sungai Petani, Kedah. SA Neoh open his shop since 1999 at 2nd Floor, Sg Petani Central Square.

Today, I have a chance to interview Mr. SA Neoh about his new shop. When ask how do he start selling coins/banknote and stamps.
"It was during my student day that I first started collecting stamp," he reply.
"There was nothing for us to while away our time during the early 60's to tell you I'm now in my early 60 s also".
"Back then we started collecting by swapping not much money to spend either.Then slowly when we left school to work only then we have the means to buy,at least.So when your collection started to accumulate to such an extend that you find no where to keep that you either sell o started a big business no one dare to venture .That was in the 90 s when I started to sell stamps,no banknotes yet but coins yes not much."

Saneoh Stamp Corner new shop located at Ground Floor, SP Plaza Complex, Jalan Ibrahim, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah.
They sell and buy Malaysia Commemorative proof coins, Malaysia coins and banknotes, Malaya coins and banknotes, Straits Settlements coins and banknotes, old coins related to Malaysia, foreign coins and banknotes. They also sell coins & banknotes accesories (coin holder, coin album, banknote album, magnifying glass etc ).
You can go there by Keretapi Tanah Melayu KTM train and stop at the Sungai Petani station. SP Plaza is located approximately 1 kilometer from the KTM station. Taxi service is also available at the KTM station.
If you are using your own car, use the old road to Alor Setar from Butterworth, it will be easy for you to find it since the building is on the roadside. If you're using PLUS highway, out at Exit 124, Sungai Petani (North). After exiting the PLUS toll, you can see Cinta Sayang Golf & Country Club on the right, take left until you see SP PLaza building.
SP Plaza is just 1 hour drive away from both the Penang International Airport as well as from the Alor Setar Airport.
