RV will not give a high value to your Dinar, it will only give the smaller number for Dinar. 25,000 Dinar will become 250 Dinar. The value of your currency will be the same. Iraq economy will not be going up even if US troops going out from Iraq, it take time. Kuwait RV is a different thing from The Dinar RV.
